From equipment readings to meaningful action

Knowing a fridge has a problem is only part of the picture. The question that matters is what happened next: who was told, what they did, whether it was verified, and whether there is a record of any of it.

What exists today

The equipment record, already working

Before talking about anything connected, this is what Prepd360 does now.

What exists today: one asset, its range, its readings and its fault history.

  • An asset record per item

    Make, model, serial, supplier, warranty, service interval, contractor and full fault history. Each with its own safe operating range.

  • Readings against the asset

    Staff record temperatures on the tablet, by tapping the equipment or scanning its QR label, confirmed with a personal PIN. Readings are entered by hand today.

  • Failures become issues

    An out-of-range reading will not save until the person records what they did. It opens an issue, flags the equipment and alerts managers.

  • History that accumulates

    Readings, cleans, faults, maintenance events and corrective actions all attach to the same asset, so patterns become visible over time.

    A monitoring system detects a problem

    A refrigeration sensor reads a temperature outside its configured range.

    Prepd360 receives the event

    The reading is associated with that piece of equipment and its operational history.

    A member of staff responds

    The right person is asked to investigate, and records what they found and did, confirmed with their PIN.

  4. 04

    Management receives evidence

    The event, the responsible employee, the response and the verified resolution are connected in one record.

Monitoring and response are different jobs

A monitoring platform is good at detecting physical conditions across an estate. Prepd360 is good at the operational response: who is accountable, what they did, whether it was verified, and the record that survives afterwards. Neither needs to replace the other, and together the story is considerably stronger than either alone.
