Privacy notice
In force from 4 November 2026
This notice covers the prepd360 website and the enquiry form on it. It does not cover the prepd360 application, which is not yet available. When it is, a separate notice will cover it.
Who we are
Sync Software Limited (company number 14520117, registered in England and Wales) is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
Registered office: Chancery House, 3 Hatchlands Road, Redhill, Surrey, RH1 6AA. Correspondence: Bank Chambers, 2 Church Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0AN.
What we collect
If you submit the enquiry form, we collect what you type into it:
- Your name and work email address, which are required
- Your phone number, company, number of sites and sector, if you choose to give them
- Whatever you write in the message field
What we do not collect
This website sets no analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to. We do not profile visitors, we do not run advertising pixels, and we do not buy or sell contact data.
Our hosting provider processes technical information such as your IP address in order to serve the page and protect the site from attack. That is a normal part of delivering any website.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry and to have a conversation about whether prepd360 suits your operation. That is all.
Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted a business asking to be contacted back, and responding is what you would reasonably expect. You can object at any time and we will stop.
We will not add you to a marketing list on the strength of an enquiry.
Who else processes it
Two providers, and no others:
| Provider | What they do |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosts this website and protects it from automated abuse |
| Web3Forms | Delivers your enquiry from the form to our inbox |
Where your data goes
The enquiry form is delivered by Web3Forms, which processes the submission outside the UK in order to pass it to us by email. That transfer relies on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Web3Forms does not store the contents of the form after delivering it.
Where any other provider processes data outside the UK, the transfer relies on UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another mechanism permitted by law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as is reasonably needed to follow up, and then while there is a live business conversation. If nothing comes of it, we delete the enquiry.
If you ask us to delete your details, we will, and we keep only a minimal record that you asked.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correct it if it is wrong
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it, including objecting to direct marketing
- Provide it in a portable format
How to contact us or complain
Email info@syncsoftware.uk with "Privacy" in the subject line, or write to us at Bank Chambers, 2 Church Street, Reigate, Surrey, RH2 0AN. Requests are normally free, and we may need to confirm who you are first.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would rather you came to us first, but you do not have to.
Changes
If we change this notice we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant and we hold your contact details, we will tell you.
